APPOINTMENTS

Non-emergency appointments may be scheduled during regular business hours. Call (831) 422-7815. We are located on East Romie Lane, down the street from Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. [map and directions]

We make every effort to see our patients at their appointed times. It is usually not possible to see patients prior to their appointed times. Please note that treatments and procedures are done at various times during the day and other patients may come and go while you are waiting because they are on different schedules.

OFFICE HOURS

FIRST TIME APPOINTMENTS

Be prepared for a longer visit if this is your first visit with us. This will allow us to make a thorough evaluation of your condition. Expect to spend about 15 minutes on preliminary paperwork. Please bring your current medications.

In accordance with the government's HIPAA privacy guidelines, all new patients will be provided with a Notice of Information Practices and Consent to the Use and Disclosure of Health Information for Treatment, Payment, or Healthcare Operations.

CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment so that the time slot can be made available to others. Call early in the morning to check for cancellations if you would like to be seen that day.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Cosmetic procedures are not covered under standard medical insurance plans. Payment is expected at the time of service. Major credit cards are accepted.
